We are aware of the current situation regarding blocked access to Slides.com in the Trust and are working with IT and Information Governance to restore  this where possible.


Slides uses HTML5 Canvas to run the show and display content, therefore it's highly recommended you use the Google Chrome browser on the Trust PC.


To Present Directly From the Trust PC

  1. Launch Google Chrome and navigate to Slides.com
  2. Click on the Log in button and enter your account details.
  3. Hover over the presentation you need and press your Present (play)  button.
  4. Adjust the options as desired and press Start Presentation to hide the menu (this can be found again by moving your mouse to the extreme left of the screen and clicking on the chevron that appears.
  5. Navigate through your slides and content using the cursor (arrow) keys on the keyboard or by using the compass in the bottom right corner.


To Remotely Control from a Device

  1. Launch Google Chrome or another modern browser on your device and navigate to Slides.com
  2. Click on the Log in button and enter your account details.
  3. Hover over the presentation you need and press your Present (play)  button.
  4. On The Trust PC: Launch Google Chrome and enter the link displayed in the box under Live Presentation and press Enter.
  5. Back on Your Device: Adjust the options as desired and press Start Presentation to hide the menu (this can be found again by moving your mouse to the extreme left of the screen and tapping on the chevron that appears.
  6. Navigate through your slides and content by swiping up, down, left or right. The content on the Trust PC will update automatically.
