Nearpod is a teacher-led presentation and activity solution that allows you to present using a combination of a teaching device (or computer with a web browser) and BOYD devices (Tablets, Phones and, Desktops and Laptops) to deliver the teaching session.
Presentations (known as Lessons) are prepared online in the development environment by the teacher and are assigned a unique ID (known as a CODE) when published for a student to join.
In the live teaching sessions, all student devices deliver content in sync as controlled by the teacher with occasional control given to students for activities (quizzes, interactive content, VR Field Trips, Web based slides etc).
For Premium users, students can also work through your lesson independently at their own pace through the Homework mode.
