- For staff, the Trust PCs allow access through your Trust Network username and password (sometimes referred to as "AD Login" or "NT1000 account"). This will have been issued to you when you joined the Trust.
- Health Academy Only - For visiting staff and those whom prefer to send it presentations, we also have generic accounts for each room. The instructions for these can be found attached to the lectern or table in each training room, or can be obtained from the reception team. For maximum effectiveness, please ensure you have sent your presentation in advance to Education.RPH@lthtr.nhs.uk for Centres One/Two or Education.CDH@lthtr.nhs.uk for Centre Three after booking your room.
If Your Account Becomes Locked Out

Reset Using Imprivata OneSign® - You can now reset your own password if you have set up your account with the Imprivata OneSign solution. Simply select "Forgot Password" in the lower right corner of the dialog an answer two of the security questions you set up. This will allow you to then select a new password and allow you to log in.

If You Are Locked Out Off Site - Please call the IT Service Desk on 01772 524035 and have your ID badge number ready. Alternatively, you can email the IT Service Desk from another account at ITServiceDesk@lthtr.nhs.uk and include a contact number if required for identification purposes.
If the Health Academy Room Account Becomes Locked Out
- Please call the IT Service Desk on 01772 524035 and and supply the given room's username and they will unlock the account. Alternatively, you can email the IT Service Desk from another user account at ITServiceDesk@lthtr.nhs.uk and include a contact number if required for identification purposes. Please do not try to reset the password via Imprivata OneSign as this will not work.
