  • Excel
  • Outlook
  • PowerPoint
  • Word

Plus, you’ll also get enhancements such as:

  • Microsoft Teams (replacing SKYPE for Business)

Sounds good, how do I get Office 365?

The first step is for you, and your Department, to be upgraded to Windows 10. This began in September and is currently underway.

Once you have Windows 10 you’ll get Office 365 automatically as LTHTR as currently rolling it out to a select group of Users.

If you don’t have it right now don’t panic, you’ll get upgraded too. It just might take a little while.

Once You’ve Got Office 365...

The first time you launch one of the Office 365 applications, Excel, Outlook, Word or PowerPoint, you may be asked to enter your credentials, this is your email address in the format firstname.lastname@xlthtr.nhs.uk or usrx123@xlthtr.nhs.uk and your usual Windows Password.

Please note the "x" in the email address - it is important to include this or your login won't work.
