In addition to your status at work, there are times/days when it may not be appropriate to have your phone buzzing with notifications such as out of working hours. For this, Teams has a setting on mobile known as Quiet Hours and Quiet Days. This can be set up under the Hamburger Menu (three horizontal lines, located in the top left corner of the app) on both iOS and Android.

For iOS/iPadOS users, at this stage the program may request you to turn on Notifications in the Settings app before any options can be changed. Android users will have notifications turned on by default unless permission was specifically not granted when downloading from Google Play.
From this screen you can determine when notifications can be sent to your mobile device. To determine specific hours or days that notifications will be turned off, select Quiet Hours on this screen.
