If you have emailed the presentations to our Centres teams in advance of your booking, you will find your files on arrival in each room's dedicated Presentations folder, which can be accessed when logged on using the guest login details posted on the lectern of your teaching/meeting space. If the window doesn't open automatically after logging in, or you close it by mistake, you will find an icon named "Presentations" located on the desktop that looks like this:
