The first time you launch one of the Office 365 applications, Excel, Outlook, Word or PowerPoint, you may be asked to enter your credentials, this is your email address in the format firstname.lastname@xlthtr.nhs.uk or usrx123@xlthtr.nhs.uk and your usual Windows Password.
Please note the "x" in the email address - it is important to include this or your login won't work.
